Having difficult conversations is one of the most challenging things in all human interaction. We just want to get along. Our feelings are hurt. We just don't want to create conflict, or have to deal with the resistance of others. But whether it's conflict in our romantic relationships, corrective conversations with people who work with us, or conflict in the office, we have to have these tough conversations in order to move through life, so learning how to do them is how we do it!
